PUMP Food Menu
Nachos
So good that people say, “When you think of PUMP, you think of nachos!” They go perfectly with any beer. Half size \1,100; big size \2,980.
01 / ABOUT THE PLACE
At PUMP Craft Beer Bar, the fun starts with choosing a beer to go with your nachos. A house favourite, the nachos come in regular, half and big sizes, with the largest intended for sharing among 3 or more people. The menu recommends them with beer, and diners have also mentioned enjoying nachos alongside craft beer. Poured from dedicated taps, the selection includes up to 15 craft beers, chosen mainly from breweries in the United States and Japan. The line-up changes as kegs rotate, so there is always something new to explore among that day's choices.
For something more substantial, try the buffalo wings: chicken drumettes, deep-fried and coated in a mildly spicy sauce. They are available in portions of 3, 6 or 9, with blue cheese dip on the side. One diner mentioned enjoying the dip with other dishes, too, making it a way to experiment with flavour combinations. The boneless fried chicken is marinated in craft beer and served with honey mustard. A diner who ordered it singled out the generous-sized pieces and their pairing with the honey mustard.
For a lighter bite, there is potato salad made with black pepper and wholegrain mustard, or fried okra in a curry-flavoured batter. To make a meal of it, consider the mac and cheese, inspired by the dish served at the taproom of American brewery Karl Strauss, which PUMP loves. One diner particularly enjoyed it, suggesting that the food, not just the beer, can be part of the appeal.
